DJPEG Placement

This 50 year old man had a total gastrectomy for gastric adenocarcinoma. He had significant weight loss following and required supplemental feeding to which he responded. A endoscopic direct percutaneous jejeunostomy was inserted with a enteroscope - the DJPEG in the small bowel can be seen on the video. He remained well and his oral intake increased, recently the DJPEG was able to be removed endoscopically.
