Duodenal Stent and Clip

This 62 yr old man had previous duodenal stent secondary to pancreatic cancer migrate and be passed. Here a second duodenal stent is placed across the D1/D2 obstruction caused by the pancreatic cancer. A resolution clip is used to anchor the stent in place.
