Gastric Cancer

This 87 yr old woman presented with 6 months of epigastric bloating, early satiety and increasing mild abdominal pain. She underwent this endoscopy with showed a large gastric adenocarcinoma.

Subsequent CT scanning showed no evidence of metastatic disease, and she underwent a near total gastrectomy
